The Workforce Training Fund Program helps address business productivity and competitiveness by providing resources to Massachusetts businesses to fund training for current and newly hired employees. In order for the Massachusetts economy to prosper, our businesses need access to a pipeline of skilled workers so they can stay competitive and continue to grow. Our grant programs can help your business thrive. MASS offers several types of grants to support the training needs of businesses across the state. See below to learn how each program can help your employees and business today! The Workforce Training Fund is for businesses of all sizes, but its major focus is small to medium-sized businesses. We are here to help you make an investment in your employees’ skills and your future.

There are two types of programs:

General Program

  • Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to apply.
  • You can apply for up to $250,000 for a Training Grant.

Express Program

  • Available for businesses with 100 or fewer employees.
  • Grant funds are limited to $30,000 per company per calendar year and to $3,000 per employee per course.
  • Approved businesses will be reimbursed for up to 50% of the actual cost of training.

Hiring A-Players for Company Growth

This training leverages the skills assessment from previous training. Shows how to develop the required leadership skills.

III:Creating an environment for success

For people to be successful, they need to know the scope, schedule and resources available. They need to have a noble purpose, change for growth and be valued.

Online Marketing Workshop

Learn to use online marketing (email, social media and search ads).

Deliverables:

  1. Best practices for communication with leads, prospects and clients
  2. Identify email marketing campaigns with most effectiveness
  3. Best times to communicate with prospects
  4. How to get and keep a prospect’s attention

Jumpstart: To make the training stick and to increase the likelihood of adherence, the online marketing systems will be setup on their systems and the initial content will be developed, providing custom examples to follow.
