...We soon decided to bring Dave on part-time as our interim General Manager. Dave’s tasks included working with employees to develop processes and procedures... involved with hiring and firing of employees. Another roll that Dave took on was assisting with all the COVID-19 requirements and challenges.
Dave posted the GM position, screen a large volume of applicants, and in the end hired an exceptional candidate. Dave turned over the GM position to our new full time GM and left us with a strong foundation to work with. Thank you, Dave, for all your time, expertise, and commitment to Aubin Woodworking.
